Friday, July 29, 2011 - Quite understated, elegant, multi-layered wine with aromas of sunflower, green meadows, orange blossoms. Crisp texture with lots of layers and yet has a buttery taste. Does very well with terrine of foie gras, lobster with butter sauce, or any salty dish. Drink now until 2016.
