Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - Got this one paired with black truffle risotto and gnocchi with four cheeses. Fantastic food pairing. Dark and unclear color, dense and concentrated. Sweet smell with wonderfully aged fruit. Balanced and good. Juicy, good and powerful flavour.
