Likes this wine:

Saturday, February 1, 2020 - Slowed for a few hours before drinking, clearly not enough for this wine - still very youthful at this stage. A bit tight in the beginning but both nose and palate were pure and complex. On nose, tar, truffle, blasmic, dark cherries, on the palate, offer lots of dark fruits, powerful but certainly not jammy, tannin was chewy, texture was complex and rich.

Some background on the names for my reference:
Quote finewine geek:
Otin Fiorin refers to the specific parcel in the Gabutti Vineyard owned by Cappellano.
Piè Rupestris refers to the original America root stock vines within this parcel planted in the 1940s, as opposed to the Franco vines which were planted with European root stock in 1989. Piè means foot, i.e. root stock. Rupestris refers to the American rootstock.
Nebioli refers to the variety of clones of Nebbiolo used, as opposed to the Michet-only 1989 plantings.
