Friday, June 9, 1995 - Lovely classic 1981-Cabernet, nice depth, fresh, cedar, medicinal, red and black fruit, hint of spice; elegant, medium-weight, stylish and supple, lovely tannic grip; good length, complete. Better than both the Carbonnieux 1981 and the Rauzan-Gassies 1981.
