Wednesday, October 28, 2015 - On first opening it seemed slightly oxidized but with air it rounded out and was more rich. Golden yellow color. Nose has hazelnut, peach toast, butter slight citrus. Acidity vey moderate. Fairly rich on the palate. It took a long time after decanting to fully come together. Hours. Flavors reflect the nose with a moderately butter flavor and texture. Finish fairly long. Went really well with soft scrambled eggs and white truffles.
