Sunday, May 15, 2011 - Splash decanted 1 hour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, dark fruit - blue berry, black cherry, and red fruit - raspberry, anise, and menthol. Palate: Medium to full bodied, spicy dark fruit and a hint of white pepper. Finish: Medium length, dominated by spicy dark fruit.
