Thursday, October 1, 2015 - This wine is performing way above expectations. Drank last night with moose tenderloin. The wine is a beautifully balanced package with integrated flavors of dark fruits, leather, tobacco and earth. Hedonistic and intense with characteristics you would only expect from a wine two or three times the price. I would say that this is at peak and I plan to drink my remaining two bottles in the next few years. Too bad Audelssa is no more.
