4/21/2014 10:31:00 AM - well, I try to pair wine and food. In many case the wine leads. Beside monthly wine-tasting events which I organise, I also lead my wine-lovers in wine-tours in Europe. Quite familiar with the top wineries in all regions mentioned before. Any plans for Europe?

  • Yagil says:

4/21/2014 9:50:00 AM - Hello! thank you for becoming a fan! Warm regards from the Hollyland... Though my favourite are old-world wines (mainly Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone-Valley, Piedmont, Tuscany, Rioja, Ribera-del-Duero, Priorat) - I also love North&South America wines, SA & Aussies. And there are good wines also from Israel, Austria, Germany and more. I do visit European wine regions quite often. What are you investing in?

12/21/2013 11:39:00 AM - I was born above the Polar Circle and did my growing up as far North as Unalakleet, however WITH the Gulf Stream moderating the climate. Wife was born in Yokohama, never frose her feet off on skates... Enjoying your endeavour. Have always dreamt of Anchorage. Hope to go there within the next few years. Hopeful we can arrange an off-line with herrings and bear :-)

2/9/2013 4:30:00 AM - 2500 bottles is twice what I cellar, congratulations to you. What are some of your favorite wines?
