Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - I was surprised by this as I was expecting a jammy napa cab (especially given the vintage), but I was instead greeted by an earthy and restraint wine, with dense black fruit and minerals. It is powerful but tannins are smooth, and could probably use a few years of aging. Excellent wine.
