Sunday, October 23, 2022 - Yellow golden color. Some tartrates crystals.

Scents of chamomile, menthol, and rooibos tea. Fruits of pineapple, mango, and apricot jam. Midpalate of green herbs and green tea. Finishes with orange zest and lemon marmalade. Full body. Medium minus acidity. Rich creamy texture.

Uncompromisingly sweet. A little more acidity might have brought it into a balance.
