Scents of chamomile, menthol, and rooibos tea. Fruits of pineapple, mango, and apricot jam. Midpalate of green herbs and green tea. Finishes with orange zest and lemon marmalade. Full body. Medium minus acidity. Rich creamy texture.
Uncompromisingly sweet. A little more acidity might have brought it into a balance.
Exotic tropical fruit galore!

Light gold. The nose is clear and expressive, with lime zest and yellow apple. Not very complex, but a pure reflection of Saar terroir. The palate is moderately sweet, medium-light in weight but with a sense of fullness and depth on the palate, complemented by a zingy acidity leading into a long finish of salty lime. This is delightful at the moment, though I'm sure it will continue to evolve for the next decade+. But certainly worth checking in on now if you haven't tried one recently.

Wonderfully balanced and mature. Elegant, light on its feet. Medium sweetness that has been tempered by age. Lovely.

Very similar to the previous Tasting Notes but not quite in as good balance as the last bottle.

Sweetness was as a typical good Auslese. Big fruit and just a touch of tart acid with light diesel and big fruit finish.
