Friday, December 17, 2021 - Light gold. The nose is clear and expressive, with lime zest and yellow apple. Not very complex, but a pure reflection of Saar terroir. The palate is moderately sweet, medium-light in weight but with a sense of fullness and depth on the palate, complemented by a zingy acidity leading into a long finish of salty lime. This is delightful at the moment, though I'm sure it will continue to evolve for the next decade+. But certainly worth checking in on now if you haven't tried one recently.
