Thursday, March 26, 2015 - Very fine wine from a lovely vintage in Bourgogne.
Dusty minerals on the nose, with roses, herbs, some smoke, raspberries and pencil lead.
A weird tone of huge amount of dill showed for the first 45 minutes, almost Rioja like, something I have not previous experienced from either this producer or the vintage.
This however blew off, and the wine just kept growing in the glass.
Palate shows some fat surrounding the fine sweet raspberries and the darker cherries present.
Some soil and herbs present on the long and pleasant finish.
Very fine NSG 1:er Cru.
