Saturday, July 23, 2016 - developing nose though still more primary than one would think with hints of dark cherry, raspberry, blood orange mixed with rhubarb, mineral and cinnamon spice. Juicy with an almost citrus-like impression to the fruit with lifting acidity. More aromas of dried rose petal, tomato leaf and bloody game come through with time in the glass. Very fine for its level with good fruit still in reserve.
