Wednesday, February 18, 2015 - Menthol, leather and black cherry nose. Minty anise and dark berries. Rounds to overripe strawberries with a white pepper moderate dry finish. Spiciness lingers and seems to refresh nicely with a little saliva. Kicked the living snot out of the cod that was prepared but i wanted the Zin more than the food. Pair with sharp cheeses and roasted pork. Just sayin'.
