Thursday, August 25, 2016 - Northern Rhone blind dinner. Several interesting transformations during dinner, but not necessarily bringing lots of pleasure... Primary nose with hint of plastic to start, not super expressive. Very mature on the palate and became stinkier with saline hints. Long finish.
