Appearance: Clear; Medium Gold

Overall: Good balance, quite fresh acidity but not in a detrimental way, quite intense, good length and quite some complexity between primary stone fruits, some tertiary dried fruits and other flavours/aromas I couldn’t identify (bio-dynamic ??)
Conclusion: Good; Can Drink Now but has Potential for Ageing; High-Priced (€ 14.40)
