Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - Les Grands Jours - lunches and dinners between tastings; 3/18/2012-3/22/2012 (Burgundy): Popped and poured. Lemon and lemon peel on both nose and palate. Slightly floral start with faint hazelnut hints. Good minerality, very assertive acidity, particularly on finish. Got better with more air and time in glass.
