Saturday, July 8, 2017 - Deep yellow color. Citrus nose with a touch of oxidation that presents itself as a butterscotch element. The palate shows high acid, lean and crisp. Short finish. A little disappointing tonight and somewhat worrisome because of the butterscotch on the nose.
