Saturday, November 5, 2011 - Much more developed than the last bottle we had. Deeper colour, more intensely honeyed and waxy aromas. Very nutty. Marzipan and toffee notes. Sweet ripe fruit palate. Dried citrus peel and dried stone fruits. Dry finish. A wine that needs food.
