Thursday, December 23, 2021 - PNP the nose has been reluctant to come out and play and after half an hour an elegant gentle complex aroma of liquorice, sous bois and oaky fruit. Clean on the palate despite the touch of Burgundian undergrowth on the nose. At first I was disappointed but with some air this is extremely well balanced and moreish. A wine you could get seriously plastered on!
