Friday, March 1, 2019 - Tooch Going Away Dinner (TDS): The nose is young, primary and forward with lots of black cherry. Polished with excellent grand cru concentration and richness. Perhaps a little too plush and smooth, with little more than glossy fruit at this stage. Needs time to evolve and hopefully show more Gevrey character.
