Sunday, March 17, 2019 - Dark colour, fruitful nose of plum, violets, graphite and leather.
At the very begining of a secondary journey, the tannins remain medium to firm but are integrating well, the acid remains fresh and clean but the flavour is fairly full with plums, berries, violet notes, graphite and a touch of leather. The finish is medium.
