Tuesday, April 12, 2011 - Aromas of autumn leaves, cinnamon, and black cherry give way to a slightly compressed, angular palate featuring sour cherry, spice, and a touch of orange peel. Although the tannins are fairly moderate, the wine seems compressed right now, although I'm sure some brief cellaring will resolve this. Extremely serious for regional Bourgogne.
