Friday, August 9, 2019 - Pretty nice medium bodied burg which seems to have made in a slightly modern style, plenty of extract and wood here. A bit rustic on the palate, with hints of black tea, red fruits with cherry and raspberry some tertiary notes reflecting bottle age. Short spicy acid laden finish. On the decline with fading fruit, but a decent effort considering the vintage and appellation.
