Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Dinner at Bavette’s Steakhouse in Las Vegas. This wine needed about an hour before it really started to shine. Notes of blueberry, black cherry, black plums wrapped in a dark chocolate wrapper on the nose. Vibrant yet elegant with beautiful, clean black fruits and crush minerals and granite on the palate. In a good place right now. Not sure I’d want more age on it.
