Wednesday, June 9, 2021 - Popped and poured; deep garnet core with a hint of bricking. Extroverted and impressive bouquet, offering up scents of dried plums, black truffle, scorched earth, roasted fennel, with hints of cigar box and crushed stone. Medium bodied, great depth and balance, with a velvety texture, impressive delineation and grip on the long and savory finish. Fantastic showing!
