Wednesday, September 1, 2021 - Not decanted, berries and cedar nose, rich palate with ample fruit and silky resolves tannins. Took about 90 minutes to fully open but singing after that. Long finish. Agree a long decant is optimal. Drink now but could hold 5+ years as it will likely improve.
