Thursday, April 7, 2016 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis) and gooseberry. It tastes like honeysuckle. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity. At first opening it had a short finish but over time in decanter and in the glass it smoothed out too long finish.
Give it a couple of hours to open up
