Tuesday, February 21, 2012 - Wow! This is a really lovely wine, full of intrigue and nuance. On the nose are aromas of honey, pear, marmalade and lemon. On the palate are flavors of tangerine, honey, apple all underpinned by prominent minerality and a lovely acidity. The poise and balance of this wine is really terrific, with the ripe fruit marrying with the high acidity. A great wine to pair with fish or chicken dishes.
