Thursday, March 9, 2017 - Not a lot of aroma when first opened, had a bit of seaweed and sesame. Leather, plum, and faint licorice taste. Smooth with no bite or offending flavors. Probably would pair well with a pork or chicken dish, but not enough body for heavier foods. Sipped it alone tonight; was enjoyable but not memorable.
