Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - Slowly breathed over 2 hrs, color is light straw yellow. Nose has orchard fruits, hint of minerals and oak. Very concentrated on palate but not disturbing at all. Fine balance between fruits sweetness and acidity, dancing in between is the mineral elements that made the wine not bland. Floral and spicy after-taste.
