Monday, January 28, 2013 - Big wine in the classic Napa style. Tasting nicely now, but could still cellar for at least a few more years- A strong example of what Syrah can do when patient hands, good grapes, and a knowledgeable wine maker meet in the middle.

Lots of rich, dark fruits, almost chewy in texture with a lingering dryness. Allow to decant for at least 1-2 hours for the flavors to mature.
