Sunday, March 22, 2015 - Funky barnyard profile that stays with the wine. Aerated and decanted but still needs an hour before some fruit opens up. Primarily coffee and burnt toast flavors are predominant, mild vegetal notes with an austere and drying tannic finish. Full body and needs food. Complex but funk tends to hide some of the good qualities. I don't think it is ready yet.
