Wednesday, January 15, 2014 - Very good. Paired with a Caprese Salad with aged goat cheese in place of Mozzarella. Dark fruit and oak in the nose, with slight oak, berry, and a bit of spice on the palate. Sediment noted in bottle, and tannins are quite smooth.
