Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - A very nice Sauvignon Blanc from a good bottle, ripe, balanced and harmonious. The nose shows remnants of white-yellow fruit, hay, white tea and a clear but not intrusive flinty aroma. On the palate a vital, ripe acidity, medium body, expressive in flavour, but not loud, very harmonious and with a medium+ length.
