Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - Very elegant wine. Initially guessing Côte-Rôtie (when the wine was cooler), this certainly has a feminin, airy side to it, but with more air and temperature, this gains weight, showing more iron, blood & beef. Mature, but in no way declining.
