Saturday, September 13, 2014 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Served blind to tasting group. Very ripe apple aromas and flavors that showed the 2003 character that made tasters struggle with whether this was New vs Old world Chardonnay. Good intensity to start, but just moderate length. Good acidity for the 2003 vintage. Drinking well now, should hold well for 5 more years if well stored.
