Monday, October 1, 2012 - Drink now, its in window. Honey nose; a lighter, easier to drink gewurz, slight lychee, honey (but not particularly sweet). It's fruit has dopped off ever so slightly since the last bottle. It has another 12 months without dropping to far off, but why wait? Thoroughly enjoyable just by itself.
