Tuesday, April 26, 2016 - A Great French Tuesday at Tilia (Tilia, Mpls): Light-medium gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. This was very nice, good fine bead, nice nose with yeast, apple, pear, and sea brine. The palate is quite vibrant, refined and complex with the 50% PN coming through, pear, saline, apple, cherry, and almond with a briny mineral driven finish. This was nicely layered and drinking very well!
