Thursday, January 26, 2012 - UGC 2009 Bordeaux Tasting (Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers): A whiff of this makes you see how deep, dark & brooding it is, with quite a bit of oak there. The dark fruit is there in the taste, but there is a bit of a menthol in the taste as well that was a bit strong. The finish seemed a bit short.
