Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Opend 2 hours before decanting the wine for another couple of hours. Tasted the wine three times before drinking it to the lamb meal.

Amazing, you could feel the difference! Altough, after a hour in the glas it missed some of the fruit and freshness. Would reccomend that you just decant the wine couple of hours, at this stage.

The wine was very good - very classic Pauillac aroma - heavy, earthy with blackberry at the palate. The taste was powerful and quite round, probably after the decanting. Would reccomend the wine highly for the price!
