Tuesday, February 10, 2015 - Mid red at the rim - cassis and oak on the nose. Medium bodied, a trifle muted on the palate as of yet, the fruit is still buried under the structure, but the wine has mellowed a little, soft tannins, slightly savoury; for the moment unevolved.
