Monday, February 8, 2021 - Transparent dark red --- Nose blackberry jam, red currant, green pear, some ketch up flavors, flowery aspects, nice sourness, elegant wood notes, cardboard --- Palate tasty, nice fruit aspects, dark and red fruit, nice sourness, elegant, classy, bitter chocolate, cocoa, some cinnamon, rather strong tannins, spicy, some ash, burnt wood notes, earthiness, some black tea, mushrooms --- Finishes pretty long on its minerality and dark fruit aspects. Classy, elegant and tasty. Light footed beauty. Impressive vine. Switch to Zalto Burgundy glass provided additional pleasure.
