Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Still deep red with purple colours
Nose: intense red fruit and pepper
Still fruity on the palate but also savory and sour notes perhaps unripe blackberry. Pronounced tannins but finishing smooth
Long finish that ends in oak
Needed a couple of hours to open up and needs food (had with Xmas Dinner!)
