Friday, April 26, 2024 - Cherry. Plum. Cedar. Mocha. So all the right flavours but lacked intensity. Not really a Margaux tasting wine. Medium bodied and perhaps lacking vibrancy. Poor QPR and lacks the fluid charm that I like about 2009 as a vintage. Don’t avoid if offered but perhaps don’t seek out!

4/27/2024 7:10:00 AM - Interesting, I have always found this a no brainer quality wine, especially if you can get it below $100. It has been very youthful and vibrant over many bottles—sorry yours was not the same!
