Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Great bouquet of ripe, dark berries, spices, pipe tobacco, grilled peppers, undergrowth, mint. Incredibly smooth palate, feeling light, sweet berries, some spices, good amount of freshness, leading to a long finish. Very hedonistic but by no means overdone and heavy. Changes all the time. Still a bit a tannic bite on the finish, needing more time to resolve, but already a great pleasure to drink.
