Tuesday, February 13, 2018 - Opened up a little after 4 hours of slow ox and very approachable despite obvious youth. Crushed dark berries, slightly on the lush side, granite, hints of earth, very elegant and smooth finish albeit cut short by the tannins.
Day 2: Still a little tight, but wonderfully intense and complex. The fruit was still lush but seemed to calmed down a little which I found more appealing. For me I'd rather wait a decade as it has so much potential.
