Monday, February 18, 2019 - 2009 Blind Tasting: Showing a more cohesive whole than the last time I had this. Deep, serious, blackberry and pencil. Big, rich, robust, tannic but balanced palate. Beautiful presence on the palate. Surely the Pichon Baron? Correct.

2/19/2019 6:59:00 AM - My pleasure and thank you! Yes that sounds like a good plan - though it’s fun to see where the 09 Baron is now, I wouldn’t begin opening them for another 5-10 years if you’ve got only 4 and don’t plan on buying more. You will enjoy them when you open them!
