Saturday, June 5, 2021 - This youngster of a wine is just about to poke its foot into very early drinking window. The fruit here is overwhelming for a Bordeaux and especially for the Pichons that I have registered in my brain, but with more time and integration, all that should meld into a wine that should drink well for 20+ years. The fruit and spice notes make this a bit young for me, but there's no doubt that this will look more attractive to me in 5 years and even more so in 15. It sports a long, dry, throbbing finish...HOLD
